做好个人品牌有哪些要点呢?Ana本周二分享了“个人品牌 – 精心设计沟通内容,利用社交网络提升影响力”。我们来快速地回顾下本次讲座的重点。

如何来设计个人品牌的内容呢?
How to craft a message of your personal brand?

第一步:确定你的情绪修饰语 – 选择最能描述你个性的词语
可以从以下几个方面去考虑:
我给别人留下什么印象?
别人和我一起工作会有什么感受?
别人会怎么描述我?
Step 1: Determine your emotional modifiers – words that best describe your personality
Questions to consider:
How do I make others feel?
What’s in for people when working with me?
What words do people use to describe me?

第二步:确定你的印象修饰语 – 选择准确表达你情感的词语
可以从以下几个方面去考虑:
我现在在哪个领域工作(或者我未来渴望去哪个领域工作)?
我希望沟通的目标受众是谁?
我理想的客户/雇主是什么样的?
Step 2: Determine your descriptive modifiers – words that clarify emotional features
Questions to consider:
What field or industry am I in (or do I want to be in)?
Who are my target audience?
Who would be my ideal client/employer?

第三步:确定好描述自己的职责 -选择词语可以清晰的表明你所擅长的方面(比如说你可以说自己是个程序员,或者范围可以更广一点,可以是某个组织的联系人,或者是组织者)
可以从以下几个方面去考虑:
我是做什么工作的?
我可以为大家带来什么服务?
我怎么做可以使自己脱颖而出?
Step 3: Determine your function – words that explain clearly what you do for work (related to your career e.g. coder or something broader such as connector, organizer)
Questions to consider:
What are the words to describe what I do?
What service do I have to offer people?
What do I do that makes me stand out?

最后一步:定位精准。把刚才所有想到的词语精编成一条信息,最好控制在5组词内,让大家能一目了然。
Step 4: Mantra-it-up! Blend all the inputs and combine into a message, ideally less than 5 words.

个人品牌信息建立好后,如何来影响你的受众呢?
How to leverage your network?

深入挖掘你与众不同之处
可以从下面几个方面入手:
你的核心信念是什么?
你最大的优点是什么?
你是领导者还是实干家?或者两个都是?

Go deeper into ‘WMYSO’ – What Makes You Stand Out?
Questions to consider:
What are your core beliefs?
What are your top strengths?
Are your more a leader or a doer? Or both?

找到你的组织-你想和什么组织联系在一起?
可以从下面几个方面考量:
你的榜样是谁?
你会追随什么样的偶像?
你对什么团体/组织感兴趣?
Find your tribe – What would you like to be associated with?
Questions to consider:
Who are your role models?
What kind of influencers do you follow?
What groups/organization are interesting for you?

主动出击- 不要被动等待
可以试试看:
找到和你品牌相关的媒介
加入和你有一样核心信念的组织
评论、分享、撰写或是转发和你品牌相关的内容
Actively Engage – Not everything is passive
Things to consider:
Follow publications aligned to your brand
Join groups that are in line with your core briefs
Comment, share, write or repost

安排好你的时间-预留时间来投资你的个人品牌
Schedule your efforts – set aside time to invest in your branding

最后别忘了- 魔鬼往往藏在细节中
定期更新你的照片
找到合适的平台
时常更新你的个人资料

Match your image-content-platform
Edit your bio and summary regularly
