In 2011, Celina moved to a management role and became Country Group Head for Bayer in the North ASEAN Region and Managing Director at Bayer Thai Co. Ltd. In this role, she was responsible for Bayer's operations in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. In 2014, she returned to Bayer in Greater China as President of Bayer, Greater China.

As President of Bayer Greater China, Celina's responsibilities include building bridges to China's local innovation capabilities, including through Bayer's start-up incubator programs like G4A, digital health communities such as STEM4Health and social entrepreneurship initiatives. This coincides with Celina's deep interest in connections – connecting ideas, connecting people, connecting cultures and connecting the dots. She is also honored to be named in the Forbes China Top 100 Businesswomen in China Lists for 2017 and 2018.

Why support Ladies Who Tech:

Technology is significantly changing the way we live, interact, socialize, receive and communicate information, address major issues like health, privacy etc. It is redefining our values and the trajectory of our lives. Women must participate in tech so that they can help to shape our future and also enjoy the benefits tech brings. The diversity women bring to tech will generate more innovation and better solutions. Supporting LWT helps to showcase women in tech, and inspire and encourage more women (especially young women) to tech.
