李硕2015年加入联合国妇女署,负责中国区域青少年、体育和文化工作。在他的协调组织下,联合国妇女署开创了中国第一个利用同伴教育预防青少年性别暴力的校园干预模式,培养逾200名青少年人成为同伴教育者,建立了亚太区跨国青少年性别平等交流合作模式,并通过线上线下倡导活动帮助逾百万名青少年了解性别平等知识。

Henry Li is UN Women China's Youth Programme Officer, responsible for the agency's youth, sports and art projects in China. From 2015 to 2018, he successfully coordinated the implementation of China's first school based peer education project on ending gender-based violence, which equipped 200 peer educators with knowledge and skills to facilitate peer-to-peer training sessions, established platform of cross-border youth exchanges on gender equality, and promoted the awareness of over 1 million youths on gender equality and women's empowerment
