作为JLABS@ Shanghai的负责人,Sharon负责制定JLABS @上海的战略方向并对其进行多方面的监督。除了管理JLABS @ Shanghai的50多家入驻公司的日常运营外,她还与强生公司的亚太合作伙伴、企业业务合作伙伴一同实施相关的教育计划,并在亚太生态系统中寻找甄别高质量的企业。


Sharon在肯尼亚(自2016年起)担任Right to Thrive董事会成员,并自2006年起担任中国-牛津奖学金基金的上海和北京委员会委员。她还在香港理工大学应用生物及化学技术系教授“疫苗简介:历史、发展与影响”课程。

Sharon is a passionate and respected global healthcare leader in Asia Pacific with 15+ years in business and product development across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, vaccines and technology platforms.

As Head of JLABS @ Shanghai, Sharon is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of Johnson & Johnson Innovation's no strings attached incubator in Asia Pacific. In additional to managing the day-to-day operations of the 50+ companies in JLABS in Shanghai, she works closely with Johnson & Johnson's Asia Pacific partners and Enterprise-wide business partners to implement relevant educational programming and drive high-quality company sourcing from innovation ecosystems across the region.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS, Sharon served as Head of China at Aeras, where she opened its Beijing office for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, prior to her promotion to Head of Asia. She was previously a member of the Senior Leadership and Management Team for Baxter in Shanghai where she was responsible for providing strategic direction for short and long term country growth and making deals that added to Baxter's top line growth.

Sharon holds prominent leadership appointments as a board member of Right to Thrive, in Kenya (since 2016), and as a committee member of the China-Oxford Scholarship Fund in Shanghai and Beijing, since 2006. She also teaches “Introduction to Vaccines: History, Development and Impact” at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology.

Sharon received a Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore, USA; a Master Degree in Business Administration (Executive MBA), IE Business School, Madrid, Spain; a Doctorate Degree in Biochemistry and Cardiovascular Medicine (DPhil), University of Oxford, UK; and a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology and Cellular Biochemistry (MBioChem), University of Oxford, UK.在此处添加文本段落
