Ladies Who Tech年度大会作为里程碑的科技女性峰会品牌，在2022年走入上海以外的武汉、成都、深圳等三大城市，继续扩大我们的影响力。2022是疫情的第三年，我们就<先破后立>作为主题在三大城市举办峰会，一共吸引了近2000名科技女性与盟友聚集一堂，互相支持、了解、分享和 学习。

In 2022, after the Covid pandemic, Ladies Who Tech expanded the signature Annual Convention for STEM women beyond Shanghai and brought it to three other major cities in China - Wuhan, Chengdu, and Shenzhen under the theme of , which attracted women and allies in STEM altogether.

Or maybe it will be enriched by virtual reality, providing us with immersive experiences. Or, the unknown space travel that drives us to explore? The power of diversity and inclusion is driving these imaginations to constantly evolve and innovate, as people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together and collaborate, making technology more lively and interesting, and capable of creating products and services that truly meet the needs of everyone. 现如今，压力伴随着每一位职场人，几乎所有企业都要求候选人要具备一定的「抗压」能力。但在职场中，女性常被认为更情绪化。当女性表达情感时，可能被认为是软弱和缺乏控制力。因此，她们可能需要努力控制自己的情绪，以避免被贴上“情绪化”的标签，这些刻板印象可能会对女性的职场情绪管理造成更多负面影响。
In today's workplace, pressure is ubiquitous for every young professional, and almost all employers require candidates to possess certain "resilience" abilities. However, women are perceived as more emotional than men in the workplace. When women express emotions, they may be seen as weak and lacking control. Therefore, they may need to work harder to control their emotions to avoid being labelled as "emotional" which can lead to more negative effects on their emotional management in the workplace.
